1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The request is made within 7–10 days (depending on platform rules) of delivery.
The item received is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
Note: Certain items such as innerwear, socks, or personalized/custom products are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please go to your Amazon/Flipkart account (or our website, if purchased directly) and place a return request.
Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup of the product from your location (where serviceable).
Once the returned product passes the quality check, we will process your refund or replacement.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account).
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account after you share the details securely.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).
If the desired replacement item is not available, we will process a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
Used, washed, or altered products.
Items without original tags/labels/packaging.
Innerwear, socks, or customized/personalized items.
